   South Eagle Holding Co. is a diversified company registered and located in Saudi Arabia. The main divisions under the South Eagle umbrella include but are not limited to: Construction, Maintenance & Operation, Security Guards, Real Estate Development, and Manufacturing of Medical Devices & Supplies. Commercial Registration Record: 5850021111, dated 27/06/1422 H, corresponding to September (09) 16, 2001.

South Eagle Holding Co. began in 1984 as a private establishment, under the name of Al-Surf Establishment, with approximately 250 employees with which to undertake its first contract in the field of Cleaning and Maintenance, for the Administrative offices of Assir Region Police Department.

We then spread our wings, much as does the majestic eagle when taking to flight, thereby changing the official registration of the establishment to a registered limited company, under the name of South Eagle Construction Co. Ltd. The company then experienced extensive expansion until which the registered employees exceed the count of 1000, specialising in various professions and specialties mostly associated with the works needed for the construction industry, as well as those needed for tending to maintenance and cleaning.

In 2009, the division of Security Guards was added, and this division has grown into one of the strongest aspects of South Eagle Holding Co., contributing greatly to the expansive growth the company has witnessed, as well as providing numerous job opportunities for the local population, as only Saudi nationals are employed to fill the various spots necessary to cover the contracts for this division nation-wide, serving various venues such as universities, major market places and malls, offices and more, with security and guard services.

Another addition was added to the umbrella of South Eagle in 2013, with the creation of South Eagle Company for Manufacturing Dialysis Filters, the factory of which is located in the 2nd Industrial City, Jeddah (Saudi Arabia). This addition proves to be a major investment addition for South Eagle, and it’s production capacity is set for the production of 2 million filters in the first year (2015), with hopes of soon increasing to 4 million filters per year. This production facility is an innovative and original to the Middle East region in general, with Swiss technology produced by Saudi manpower.

In late 2014, yet another branch was added to South Eagle - Real Estate Development. It was at this time that South Eagle then became known as South Eagle Holding Co., with each of its divisions being formatted into separate sub-companies: Construction, Maintenance & Operations; Security Guards Services; Manufacturing; and Real Estate Development.
